Delete your LOVO account
Enter the email address of your account below and we'll send a confirmation link. The link works for one hour. Once you confirm, your account is scheduled for deletion 7 days later - signing in to the app at any point during those 7 days lets you cancel and keep everything.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Your profile, including your handle, bio and avatar
- Every reel you posted, with its video and poster files
- Your comments, and other people's replies to them
- Your likes, saves and view history
- Who you follow and who follows you
- Your waitlist entries for this email address
What remains
- Messages you sent in other people's conversations stay in their threads, shown as "Deleted user" with no profile behind them, until those conversations are themselves deleted.
- A deletion record - a hashed form of your email address, with timestamps - kept for 24 months, so we can show the deletion happened.
Request deletion
We'll email a confirmation link to the address if an account exists for it. Nothing happens until you open that link.
