Child Safety Standards

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This page states the standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) for LOVO, the hotel-discovery app published on Google Play by Vali Ollah Mohammadi. They apply to every part of the service - videos, comments, direct messages, and profiles - and to every user, without exception.

Zero tolerance for CSAE

LOVO prohibits any content or behavior that sexualizes, sexually exploits, or endangers children. This includes, without limitation:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, in any form, including AI-generated or drawn imagery;
  • sexualization of minors - content that presents children in a sexualized manner;
  • grooming - adults contacting or befriending children to facilitate sexual abuse, on or off the platform;
  • sextortion - threatening or blackmailing a child using real or alleged intimate imagery;
  • trafficking or any other sexual exploitation of a child.

LOVO is an 18+ service; accounts of users under 18 are removed. These standards are part of our Terms of Service, which every user must accept before creating content.

Reporting

The app provides in-app tools to report any video, comment, direct message, or user without leaving the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and reports raising child-safety concerns are treated with the highest priority.

Child-safety concerns can also be raised directly, without an account or the app, by emailing kave@axtiq.com.

How we respond

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE on the service, we take appropriate action immediately, including:

  • removing the content;
  • terminating the accounts involved;
  • preserving the evidence as the law requires, separate from normal deletion flows;
  • reporting CSAM to the relevant authorities- including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent national authority - and cooperating with law-enforcement investigations.

Legal compliance

LOVO complies with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where the service operates, including mandatory reporting obligations for child sexual abuse material.
